Starting from raw almonds and cashews, each cheese is made using different techniques.
Our Smoky cheese is real-smoked over hickory wood, no flavorings or chemicals are added during the process, while our White cheese is cultured with molds from France and aged in special caves for over 3 weeks to get its fluffy white rind and delicate mushroomy flavor.
